Check-in & check-out

Check-in begins at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. If you arrive early, our concierge will store your bags. Late check-out is offered when possible, particularly for direct bookings and club members.

• A photo ID and payment card are required on arrival.
• Room guests must be 18 or older.
• Cancel up to 48 hours before arrival at no charge.

Parking

Covered self-parking is available for hotel guests, with valet service at the main entrance. Current rates appear on your confirmation.

Responsible gaming

Gaming at Jubilee Jetty is for guests aged 21 and over. It should always be a form of entertainment, never a way to make money.

• Set a budget and a time limit before you begin.
• Only play with money you can comfortably afford to lose.
• Take regular breaks, and stop if play ceases to be enjoyable.
• Any host can arrange a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, privately and without judgment.
